Jay-Z and Beyoncé ‘closely to’ Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Combs’ Combs’

In December 2024, three months after Combs was arrested for sex trade, racketeering and transport to consider prostitutions, lawyer Tony Buzbee laid out a lawsuit in Houston in 2000 who claimed that the Music Mogul of Music Mogul and Jay Award’s Award-year-old girl was raped.

Jay-Z, who violently denied the allegations, returned to Buzbee in a fiery statement: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, a question letter, from a lawyer named Tony Buzbee.

“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations, and the public investigation would like to establish me. No, sir, it had the opposite effect! I wanted to expose you to the fraud that you are in a very public way. So no, I won’t give you a red cent !!”

He added: “These allegations are so horrible in nature that I beg you to submit a criminal complaint, not a civilian one!

“My only heartache is for my family. My wife and I will have to put our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will certainly see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence.”

While the case was eventually rejected and no charges were filed against Jay, the rapper said that his family was in the death threats as a result of the application.

But the legal drama did not end for the couple after the BUZBEE court had been withdrawn.
