Jay Cutler arrested for drunken driving and gun possession in Tennessee

Jay Cutler spent time in a Tennessee prison on Thursday after being arrested for drunken driving and gun possession… TMZ has learned.

The former NFL star and ex-husband of Kristin Cavallari was arrested Thursday evening for driving under the influence and three other offenses in the town of Franklin, TN. The other crimes were failure to exercise due care, violating the implied consent law and possessing a gun while intoxicated.

Cutler was booked into the Williamson County Jail, where he posed for a shabby mugshot. As you can see, the guy doesn’t look too happy. Jay posted a $5,000 bond and was released later that evening, according to a Franklin Police Department representative.

The circumstances surrounding the arrest are still a mystery, but we have reached out to police for more information.

As you know, Jay was married to Cavallari for almost ten years starting in 2013, but they finalized their divorce in 2022. They starred in the hit reality show “Very Cavallari,” which followed their lives in Nashville with their three children – – Camden, JaxonAnd Saylor.

During his 12-year NFL career, Cutler was a quarterback for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins. He started his career with the Broncos in 2006 and retired from the Dolphins in 2017. In between, Cutler played for the Bears.
