Sources tell PEOPLE the former star NFL quarterback and mother of two, who have been dating for over a year…. will officially hear wedding bells in the near future.
The couple, who became Instagram official in September 2023, attended the season premiere of “Yellowstone” in early November, where Samantha was seen wearing what appeared to be an impressive engagement ring.
Jay and Samantha started seeing each other romantically three years after his breakup with his ex-wife Kristin Cavallari.

Samantha started sharing photos of her and Jay on her IG… the first photos on September 20, 2023 when she shared photos of her and Jay at a friend’s wedding in France. In one shot, she held him close to his chest with a glass of wine on a dirt road.
