Jake Paul vs Tank Davis is no more — Most Valuable Promotions just announced that the November 15 boxing match has been canceled… just days after Gervonta was accused of assaulting a woman at a strip club.
MVP — which last week launched an investigation into the allegations against Davis in the lawsuit filed in Florida — released a statement Monday saying it was “working closely with all parties to responsibly navigate this situation.”
MVP CEO Nakisa Bidarian said the plan is for Paul to still get in the ring for Netflix before the end of 2025 — it just won’t be against Davis.
With the event quickly approaching, Paul’s team was reportedly trying to find a replacement for Davis… and… Francis Ngannou told TMZ Sports he was called during the search, but was not interested.

The fight was originally announced in August … and became a hot topic due to Paul’s huge size advantage over Davis – Paul is 6-foot-4 and weighs just under 200 pounds and Davis is 6-foot-4, 135.
As we previously reported, a woman has been mentioned Courtney Rossel accused Davis of assaulting and threatening her several times during their five-month relationship.
She accused Davis of approaching her last Monday at Tootsies in Miami… and grabbing, pushing, pulling and choking her while she was on duty as a VIP cocktail waitress.
Following the alleged incident, a report has been made to the police.
Two days ago, MVP revealed it had begun its own investigation into Davis’ allegations… saying, “At this time, we are gathering information and reviewing the details to ensure every decision we make is thoroughly vetted.”
