Kodiak Robotics made a financial step that was omnipresent in 2021. Yup, the self-driving truck startup is planning to become public by a merger with Ares Acquisition Corporation II, a special target acquisition company. It is a daring bet in a market where Spacs have lost their shine and the autonomous vehicle space has countless shutdowns, including Bark and Tusimple.
