The crew behind ‘Interview WTH The Vampire’, including cast members Reid, Bogosian and Jacob Anderson, plus executive producer Mark Johnson and Showrunner/executive producer Rolin Jones, stopped at the comiccon Variety Studio presented by Google TV to tease more details of the season.
The assumption of fan fears that the POV shift of this season to Lestat could mean less Louis, share Anderson: “I can say that Louis is not very satisfied with the existence of the book, if that is a good pest. I am here! I am.”
“Nobody has to worry completely. There is much more Louis in our show than in the book,” Jones added.
Reid, who learned the music for the Rockstar Lestat before he saw the scripts for season 3, also spoke with his experience in combining the two puzzle pieces to form a complete picture of the journey of his character. “It was actually deeply satisfying, because the songs are only incredible pieces, but there is also a show that we photograph, and it has a story. There are scenes that exist in the versions, within the actual songs themselves. Rolin’s work on top of the work on top [composer Daniel Hart’s] Work is pretty challenging. They are very different, but they both have a unique vision. Sometimes I feel that I get caught up in the middle of the whirlwind of the two of them, but I think that works perfectly to start. He is all chaos all the time. “
