Influencer Pyari Maryam dies during childbirth

Pyari Maryam – an influencer with more than 150,000 followers on Instagram – died after giving birth… according to a post from her husband.

Ahsan Al broke the sad news on Thursday, issuing a statement which, translated into English, reportedly reads… “Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. Dear Maryam has passed away. Everyone is requested to pray that Allah, the Lord of Honor, may forgive her and elevate her ranks.”

Although he did not reveal Pyari’s cause of death, it appears to be related to the birth of a child as he also revealed that she successfully gave birth to twins shortly before she passed away: “Alhamudlillah, both little babies are completely safe. Please avoid spreading false rumors and pray for our dear Maryam.”

The Pakistani couple rose to fame online when Pyari posted fun music videos with her husband…often featuring him singing to the camera while she swooned.

Maryam isn’t the only influencer to die from childbirth in recent months – we told you about the Australian food influencer Stacy Hatfield die after a home birth things went wrong in September. Influencer nurse Hailey Okula also died during a caesarean section earlier this year.

Pyari was only 26.
