The lawyer explained how the first time he met Hoffa, he and Tony Pro in Washington, DC, attended meetings in the offices of the teamsters.
Branzblau said it was “a tense time for Hoffa and the teamsters”, mainly because Robert F. Kennedy – then the attorney general of the United States – “the full weight of the Ministry of Justice on Hoffa decreased.”
Nagel wrote: “After John F. Kennedy won the presidency and called his brother attorney general, RFK gave the heat on organized crime in general – and in particular on Jimmy Hoffa.”

He added: “RFK had made his personal mission to expose Hoffa and the criminal infiltration of trade unions.
“He has been investigating Hoffa since 1957 and Grilling him for the two -part rackets committee of the Senate, as it was called, but Hoffa had remained cool, even when Kennedy was visibly frustrated.
“Kennedy accused Hoffa on various points with bribery, fraud and abuse of the pension fund. But all that negative attention had no influence on the popularity of Hoffa or his power.”

The lawyer then exposed the truth about how Hoffa really felt about RFK: “He hated RFK as much as RFK hated him – perhaps more.”

During a meeting in his office, Branzblau said that Hoffa suddenly hit his chair and gestured the large window that looked out at a park and the buildings of the Ministry of Justice, including the offices of the attorney general.
Hoffa said to Branzblau: “You see those buildings there? That’s where Robert Kennedy is, the man who hates me and tries to hang me. That is what his office is. You can just as well look at it.”

The lawyer then noticed that the “meaning was clear,” and said, “Hoffa wanted us to know the face of the enemy.”

But a new report from the DailyMail reveals details about the summer of Hoffa’s disappearance, when a 22-year-old named Jeff worked at a construction site in New Jersey and witnessed an important event that was linked to Hoffa’s Vanishing.
Jeff, who remained anonymous for fear of retaliation, said he saw two black Cadillacs pulling – one with Michigan signs. A man then opened the trunk of one car and removed a body wrapped in a white shroud.
The body, presumably that it was from Hoffa, was then dumped on a pile of rotten eggs and sheep meat before it was covered with lime and dirt. The entire operation lasted less than an hour.

The lawyer claimed that RFK – then the Attorney General of the United States – “brought down the full weight of the Ministry of Justice on Hoffa.”
The foreman later revealed that Hoffa’s body was, but Jeff – who did not know who Hoffa was at the time – could not fully understand the meaning of what he had seen.
He shared the story that night with his father, who advised him to never talk about it again.
Over the years, Jeff kept the secret and told only a few people, including his old roommate, Nagel and Franzblau.
Franzblau, who reportedly believes Jeff’s account, rejects other popular theories about the fate of Hoffa.
