Howard Hanna acquires two independent brokers
It’s already been a busy week Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (HHRES) and it’s only Thursday. The family business announced on Wednesday the completion of two acquisitions.
The financial terms of the deals are not disclosed.
While Ohio is already a stronghold for the Pennsylvania-based company, Howard Hanna strengthened its position in the Buckeye State with the recent acquisition of the Dayton-based company. Big Hill Real Estate. The company is led by Jeff Owens.

On the Atlantic Coast, Howard Hanna also completed the acquisition of The Alliance Group Realtylocated in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This acquisition expands the brand’s footprint in South Carolina and marks the entry of Howard Hanna | Allen Tate to the Low Countries of the state.
Alliance Group Realty was founded in 2011 by Bob Clarkson and currently has more than 70 agents. Clarkson will remain with the company and serve as regional manager and broker-in-charge. According to Howard Hanna, Alliance Group has achieved sales volume of more than $140 million by 2023.
