How real estate agents can use AI to prepare 30 days of content in 1 hour

Rick Guerrero talks to AI strategist Carrie Soave, who shares a step-by-step social media plan to help you batch share content and roll it out on your schedule.
For most real estate agents, social media feels like something they should do, but rarely something they enjoy doing consistently.
They know that buyers and sellers are paying attention online. They know that content matters. But between clients, family, and running a business, creating messages every day quickly becomes overwhelming.
That’s why my conversation with AI strategist and real estate entrepreneur Carrie Soave stood out.
A step-by-step calendar strategy for social media content
In this interview, Soave did not talk about AI in theory. She showed step-by-step how an agent can build a full 30-day social media content calendar in about an hour using custom-trained AI tools. Not just ideas, but real hooks, short video scripts and calls to action that you can actually read via a teleprompter.
One of the biggest insights was why most agents struggle with AI in the first place. Tools like ChatGPT are powerful, but they are broad. Without clear direction, context and examples, the output often feels generic or unusable. Soave solves that by building custom GPTs that perform one task extremely well, so agents don’t have to learn quick engineering to get results.
During the live demo, we built content around a very specific audience: VA first-time homebuyers in the Atlanta area. Based on that one input, the system created an ideal customer profile, identified real buyer fears and questions, and then turned them into a full 30-day content plan designed for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
From there, it generated camera-ready scripts with strong hooks and simple calls to action — the kind of scripts you can load into a teleprompter, press record, and get on with your day.
We also talked about how content actually turns into revenue. Soave showed how she uses tools like Captions for quick editing and ManyChat to automatically convert comments and DMs into real conversations and booked appointments. The goal isn’t just posting, but getting people off social media and into the systems you own.
The biggest lesson from the conversation was simple. AI is not about doing more. It’s about removing the friction from the things officers already know they should be doing.
When used properly, AI becomes a lever. And leverage creates freedom.
If you’re an agent looking to grow online without living on your phone, this conversation is worth having.
