How Prince George snubbed Camilla amid Princess Kate’s feud

A royal expert said his appearances are being treated with “extreme care”.

They added: “Everyone in the family is aware that George is still very young, and there is no rush to put him in the spotlight.

“What happens is a gradual, carefully considered introduction into public life, where each appearance has a purpose and a clear boundary.”

The expert continued, “Nothing is random or performative. William and Kate purposefully adjust his exposure to ensure he understands what he is seeing and doing, rather than overwhelming him. It may look subtle from the outside, but it reflects a lot of planning and a thoughtful approach to preparing him for the responsibilities ahead.”

Behind this thoughtfulness, however, sources say Kate’s resolve to determine her son’s path has hardened amid tensions with Camilla.

“Kate sees George as her responsibility first and a royal asset second,” said a friend. “If that means keeping her distance from people she doesn’t trust, even the queen, she won’t hesitate.”

Insiders said Kate and Camilla have been at war over the Queen’s ‘vain’ jealousy as Princess Catherine is constantly praised for her beauty at events they both attend.

Camilla is also said by insiders to be “furious”. She and William are “already acting like they’re on the throne” because of the influence they have on King Charles’ decisions, such as stripping the former Prince Andrew of his royal titles over his Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
