Hooters waitress tries to make out with a cop during a DUI arrest

A Hooters waitress attracts attention for all the wrong reasons after she is arrested for a DUI and then tries to flirt her way out of a DUI.

Bodycam footage of Sophia Gabriela Sarasota, Florida Hooters waitress has taken the internet by storm after her chaotic, flirtatious attempt to avoid being arrested. The saga depicts the server’s increasingly wild antics after he is apprehended following a night of drinking.

At one point in the body camera footage, the server is heard telling the responding officer, “Dave, we’re going to make out!” as she repeatedly calls the officer “daddy” and tells him she will do anything for him. The officer laughs.

Later in the video, the server tries to get the agent’s cell phone number as her intense flirting continues. In a last ditch effort, she leaned over during her arrest and asked the officer, “What? Are you afraid I’m going to grab your dick?” The officer refused her advances.

Despite doing everything she could to avoid running afoul of the law, such as criticizing the officer for his uniform, she was handcuffed and loaded into the police car after refusing to complete the field sobriety test.

The server later spoke about the incident and captioned her TikTok: “Uber is cheaper.”
