Honey Boo Boo survives scary auto -accident while Mama June racet to Denver

Although this was the first accident of Thompsons as a driver, she was more than ten years ago involved in a wreck in 2014 in 2014. At the time, her father, Mike ‘Sugar Bear’ Thompson, was behind the wheel with Mama June and sisters Lauryn and Jessica when another vehicle hit them during a bend to the left.

Thinking about the incident, Honey Boo Boo wondered if her father’s actions were intentional. “There were just moments when my father, he would just get super angry and he just let his anger problems get the best of him,” she told the stores. “So you never really knew when he was angry, what would happen. It was just always in the air.”

She added: “There (were) times (when) he just pulled out his clothes or just threw things or punch walls. It was just a bit scary. You never know what could happen when he got angry.”

The star also admitted that she doesn’t have much contact with her father. “I can’t even tell you the last time I spoke with him. That’s how long it is,” she said.

The accident comes just a few months after the May premiere of a dramatized lifelong documentary about her life, which attracted mixed reviews
