Hollywood A-Lister named ‘worst guest’ ever by Chat Show King

In recent years, Wahlberg seems much more focused on his career, which is why he has started his infamous 3 a.m. workouts to stay in shape, both mentally and physically.

Last week, Wahlberg revealed that in order to get up so early, he has to be in bed by 7 p.m. to achieve “eight hours of sleep.”

He said, “I’ve learned the hard way over the years. That’s why I try to show what I do every day so I can show people that it’s about the work, it’s about the discipline, and it’s the only way I can be successful, both personally and professionally.”

Wahlberg regularly posts on social media about his early morning workouts.

“It’s very authentic. I just do it every day. It’s the best way for me to start my day,” he said, sharing his morning routine, which he said includes prayer and a cold dip.

“I feel like after training I can conquer the world, and then all the trouble starts to hit,” Wahlberg joked. “I can dodge and leave them behind for a bit.”
