Hilton continues rapid growth in Turkey with new contracts at four brands | News


Hilton today announced expanded growth in Türkiye with the signing of five properties across four of its brands, building on the company’s 70-year presence in the country. In addition to further boosting Hilton’s Turkish lifestyle portfolio, the signings also include Antalya’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property and a further expansion of the DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands.

Set to open in 2028, Hilton Antalya City Center will offer the signature world-class hospitality of Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ flagship brand in one of Türkiye’s most visited destinations. The new-build hotel offers 254 rooms and suites and features excellent amenities, ideal for hosting iconic meetings of all sizes and a variety of venues, including a grand ballroom, multiple meeting rooms, an extensive spa and wellness center, indoor and rooftop pools and several dining options.

DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka
Opening this spring, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka will bring 109 stylish rooms and suites to one of Istanbul’s most sought-after neighborhoods, just steps from Nişantaşı and Taksim. The hotel will feature a warm and inviting lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views, versatile meeting spaces and fitness and wellness facilities. The property will provide a modern, luxury experience for travelers seeking connectivity, culture and comfort in the city center.

Set to open in 2027, the Tapestry Collection property will introduce 46 uniquely designed rooms in one of Istanbul’s most picturesque and well-connected neighborhoods. The hotel is steps away from the Bosphorus, Galataport and major transport links. It features a rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as a gym for guests to use during their stay. With its charm and spectacular surroundings, the property offers a vibrant stay for guests keen to explore the cultural and historical heartbeat of the city.

Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası will be the city’s first internationally branded hotel in the heart of the industrial zone when it opens in 2027. With 104 modern rooms, extensive meeting space including a 500 m² multi-function hall, a welcoming restaurant and bar, and wellness facilities including an indoor pool, gym and Turkish hammam, the hotel will serve as a much-needed hub for business travelers, long-stay guests and corporate events in this fast-growing industrial region.

In addition to these new contracts, Hilton will further strengthen the presence of its flagship brand in 2026 with the opening of Hilton Istanbul Airport and the completed renovation of the iconic Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

Following the debut of the Tapestry Collection and Canopy by Hilton brands in Türkiye in 2025, Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio is also poised for further growth this year, with five openings planned. These include Hilton’s first cave hotel – Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton – as well as Porto Chiara Istanbul Karakoy and Les Temps Istanbul Karakoy, both part of the Curio Collection brand. The pipeline also includes Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul and Myrna Izmir Konak, each joining the Tapestry Collection brand.
