Reality TV fans are about to get it ultimate on-screen collaboration as a group of former “Bachelor” stars use their talents to renovate homes in an HGTV series in which they tackle the iconic California dating show house.
A dozen favorites from ABC’s “The Bachelor” franchise will trade their roses for hammers in “Bachelor Mansion Takeover,” which premieres in 2026 and will see a dating show host Jesse Palmer continuing his role as emcee.
Contestants include former stars from multiple “Bachelor” franchises, including “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette,” “The Golden Bachelor” and “The Golden Bachelorette.”
So far, Dean Bell, Jill Chin, Noah Erb, Allyshia Gupta, Tammy Ly, Sandra Mason, Sam McKinney, Brendan Morais, Courtney Robertson Preciado, Jeremy Simon, Christopher Stallworth, And Joan Vassos are all signed up to appear.
And in keeping with the theme of the series, participants will be judged on their renovation expertise by fellow “Bachelor” alumni Tayshia Adams And Tyler Cameron in the six-episode series.

Each episode shows one of the contestants being eliminated by Cameron, who came second in season 15 and was recently recruited by a famous real estate agent. Ryan Serhant as a real estate agent — and Adams — who competed on season 23 of “The Bachelor” and later starred in season 16 of “The Bachelorette.”
The Constants will have to put their renovation skills to the test as they compete for a $100,000 prize.
It’s currently unclear if the contestants will receive professional guidance from HGTV’s lineup of home renovation professionals, but it’s clear that a lot of work is needed to freshen up the iconic home, which is located in Agoura Hills, CA.
“When we heard that the Bachelor Mansion was in need of a serious makeover, we knew only HGTV could give the iconic property a renovation worthy of the name,” Howard LeeChief Creative Officer, US Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery, said in a news release.
The mansion, formally known as Villa de la Vina, has been used as a setting for the dating show for years, despite being owned by a builder. Marshal Haraden for much of that time.
Harraden was approached by ABC before filming began on the 11th season of “The Bachelor,” which aired in 2007, and asked if he would be willing to offer his home as a setting for the project — an offer he later admitted he couldn’t turn down.
Each season, the home undergoes renovations to keep it looking its best, including new paint, updated furnishings and minor repairs, although the HGTV-approved renovations will likely go many steps further.
The reveal of the show’s contestants comes weeks after the star of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.” Taylor Frankie Paul was named as the star of season 22 of ‘The Bachelorette’ – months after revealing she was leaving her Utah home to get a ‘fresh start’.
The 31-year-old mother of three’s role at the center of the hit ABC dating show was announced by “Call her daddy“podcast host Alex Cooper on September 10, when Paul sat down with her for an interview about her new venture.

“You’re on ‘Call Her Daddy,’ so we can officially announce that you’re this season’s Bachelorette. How are you feeling?” the presenter asked the TV personality.
“Surreal. It’s not hitting me right now. I’m just thinking about it, and it’s not real. And it won’t be until I think the limo pulls up, you know? And meeting the people,” Paul admitted.
Paul added that she’s feeling extremely “nervous” heading into the new season of the dating show.
“How did I get here? In my head I’m thinking, ‘How does this happen?’ That is my answer,” she continued.
Paul explained that the idea of her being on the show started as a joke three years ago when she posted about it on TikTok; however, she always assumed it was ‘unattainable’.
“I don’t know if that got their attention… It was mostly a joke for me… Then we had a meeting. I still didn’t believe it until I got the invitation: ‘Will you be our bachelorette?’ Same reaction, shaking, pacing back and forth. That’s not possible, that’s not possible,” she revealed.
The reality TV mogul admitted she had some reservations about becoming the Bachelorette – not least the added pressure on her schedule, confirming she will continue filming “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” despite adding a new show to her roster.
