HBO Max drops its 24/7 CNN Live News current Prior to the launch of the new Solo streaming product of the cable news network this fall.

The CNN Max Livestream will no longer be available at HBO Max in the US from 17 November.

According to Warner Bros. Discovery will continue to stream HBO Max -originals, including “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown”, “Stanley Tucci: Search for Italy” and “The whole story with Anderson Cooper.”

In May, CNN announced that his second attempt to think of a streaming product that younger viewers can make his debut in the fall of 2025, after much business in advance and a growing feeling that his linear service will continue to be confronted with challenges that rebuild a larger audience.

Warner Bros. Discovery has not yet revealed a name, price or launch date for the new CNN streamer.

The new service will certainly be less flashy than CNN+, an attempt to win younger viewers who were launched in March 2022 and closed a month later, after Discovery Communications had taken over control of the media assets once known as Time Warner.

“CNN benefited enormously from his two years of offering a live 24/7 feed from news to HBO Max customers,” said CNN’s Executive Vice President of Digital Products and Services, Alex Maccallum said Friday. “We have learned from HBO Max’s Grote Basis of subscribers what people want and enjoy CNN, and with the launch of our own new streaming subscription that will come later this fall, we look forward to building that and growing our audience with this unique, new offer.”
