Guy Ritchie Showtime Crime Series Adds Four To Cast (EXCLUSIVE)

Guy Ritchie’s upcoming series on Paramount+ with Showtime has added four new cast members.

Variety has exclusively learned that Paddy Considine (‘Houes of the Dragon’, ‘The Outsider’), Joanne Froggatt (‘Downton Abbey’, ‘Liar’), Lara Pulver (‘Da Vinci’s Demons’, ‘The Alienist’) and Anson Boon (“Pistol,” “1917”) have all been cast in regular roles in the currently untitled drama.

They will star alongside previously announced cast members Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren. According to the official description, the series is “centered around two warring families in London, whose ventures span the far corners of the globe, and the fiercely loyal ‘fixer’ (Hardy) charged with protecting one of them at all costs costs.”

Considine will play Kevin Harrigan, the son of Conrad (Brosnan). Froggatt will play Jan Da Souza, the wife of Harry (Hardy). Pulver will play Bella Harrigan, Kevin’s wife. Boon plays Eddie Harrigan, Kevin’s rebellious son.

Considine is represented by CAA and Independent Talent Group. Froggatt is repped by Conway Van Gelder Grant and Principal Entertainment LA. Pulver is repped by Independent Talent Group and Principal Entertainment LA. Boon is represented by Curtis Brown Group, CAA and Sloane Offer.

Production of the series is currently underway in London. Scheduled to debut in 2025, the project was initially developed under the title “The Donovans,” with plans to function as a spinoff of the Showtime series “Ray Donovan.” However, it has been reworked into a standalone series with no connections to that franchise. It was also previously reported that filming took place under the working title ‘The Associate’, but that is no longer the case.
