Golden Globe Awards Set ‘Golden Eve’ CBS Special, Golden Week Events

The Golden Globe Awards will expand its presence next year with a “Golden Eve” Primetime special on CBS, as well as a LEI of Golden Week events in Los Angeles in the run -up to the 83rd annual ceremony on January 11.

The “Golden Eve” special will contain highlights from the presentation of the Globes’ Tribute Awards, the Cecil B. Demille Award and the Carol Burnett Award. It is set on broadcast January 8 on CBS and Paramount+. This year, the Globes held a separate ceremony for a plume that were presented to Viola Davis and Ted Danson. The recipients of 2026 will be unveiled soon.

The plan for a golden week of events and parties in Los Angeles is designed to generate Buzz and to build community within the entertainment industry.
