Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon break silence on Wendy Osefo’s arrest

The Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant And Robyn Dixon have broken their silence on castmate Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie Osefo‘s arrests.
“I am extremely shocked, surprised and disappointed by these allegations,” Dixon, 46, said on the Monday, October 27, episode of their “Fairly shady“podcast.
“I’m so disappointed,” the 55-year-old Bryant responded approvingly.
While Dixon pointed out that “you’re innocent until proven guilty,” she added, “If everything in these charging documents is true, I’m very disappointed, and then I just have so many questions, like, ‘Why?’”
Bryant said she felt “sad” for Eddie and Wendy’s children, Karter, 12, Kruz, 10, and Kamrynn, 6. She also wondered why Eddie and Wendy would risk their freedom over “materialistic” matters, although Dixon wondered aloud what other alternative motive the couple could have had for their alleged actions.
“Because it was very intentional and very planned, not well thought out, but well thought out,” she continued. “I saw a clip where she was talking about how good [Eddie’s cannabis business] Happy Eddie does it, so I’m like, ‘Okay, was that an exaggeration? Wasn’t that the truth?’ I don’t know, but it’s also like: why? Even more why questions. Why did they think they could get away with this?”
We weekly confirmed that Wendy, 41, and her husband, also 41, were indicted by a grand jury on October 9 on charges of insurance fraud, conspiracy insurance fraud and false statements to a police officer stemming from an alleged burglary in April 2024. The couple claimed several items were stolen from their home and filed insurance claims, but police raided their home after their arrest and reportedly found at least 15 of the items the couple said were missing.
