Ginny and Georgia’s Brianne Howey wants a season 4 role for Tina Knowles

“That’s the great thing about this show. The possibilities are really endless,” she noted. “I have to hand it to our writers and our creator, where they’ve created a whole new genre where anything is possible and it still feels very earned and justified.”

Howey continued, “Is it too big of an ask to see if Tina Knowles wants to come on the show? I’m up for it. Maybe she’ll let me do her hair.”

Ginny & Georgiawhich premiered in 2021, follows a young single mother who moves her family to a new place after running away from her past. The Netflix series stars Howey, Antonia Gentry, La Torraca, Felix Mallard, Sara Waisglass, Scott Porter And Raymond Ablack.

“I was quite shocked at the end of season 3. [Now] Reading each episode, the writers blow me away. I’m so grateful to be a part of this incredible story,” Howey teased Us about where the story goes after Georgia’s surprise pregnancy. “The ending of Season 3 couldn’t set us up more perfectly for where Season 4 is.”

Howey had high hopes for her character for the next season.

‘Georgia probably needs to recover her soul a bit after 3. So that was my hope [for season 4]she teased. ‘In a dream world I would like Georgia to be on the right side of history with her children. I really want her to do the right thing, correct as much as she can and show that it is possible to change.”

She continued: “It’s a dream come true [working on the show]. I’ve never been in a position to be a part of Season 4. It’s a huge privilege and it’s not something we take lightly. I think I can speak for the entire cast when I say: when we see it [viewership numbers] If it comes out, it will motivate us to make sure our next season hits the same spots and is just as satisfying. So everyone is working really hard and so excited and really just benefiting from the positive feedback.”

Howey is also preparing for the holidays, which she celebrates with her husband Matt Ziering and their daughter. The actress credited Shutterfly for making this year easier when it comes to finding the perfect gift.

“I honestly wouldn’t even be able to give gifts during the holidays – while I’m at work – without something as simple as Shutterfly,” she said. Us. “For me, it’s probably the most authentic collaboration out there. I’ll be using Shutterfly throughout the holiday season anyway.”
