Ghislaine Maxwell says that Epstein’s plea of 2007 has granted her immunuty

Maxwell, 62, argues no innocence, but rather declares that the non-prosecution agreement applies to her and that as a co-samener should never have been sued in the first place. She is currently a prison sentence of 20 years after she has been found guilty of five sex -related charges with minors.

“This case is about what the government promised, not what Epstein did,” her lawyers told the Justices in the discount.

Maxwell’s lawyer, David Markus, said in a statement: “We are not only attractive with the Supreme Court, but also for the President himself to acknowledge how deep it is to nag Ghislaine Maxwell for the crimes of Epstein, especially when the government promised that it would not be prosecuted.”

In his deal with the FBI in 2007, Epstein guilty of accusation of applying for prostitution and applying for prostitution with a minor under the age of 18. He ultimately only served for 13 months in a minimum safety prison.
