Full House’s Jeff Franklin rents out Manson Murder property
Full House creator Jeff Franklin rents his house for a whopping $225,000 a month!!! But more intriguing than the price: the bloody history of the building.
You see, Jeff owns the property where Charles Manson carried out one of the most infamous murders in American history… It was 1969, when members of the Manson family entered the house Sharon Tate hired and slaughtered her, her unborn baby and four others.
The house – in a somewhat remote part of Bev Hills – was demolished years after the murders and a huge mansion was built in its place. It is 21,000 square feet with 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a waterfall pool, fire pit, a hot tub built in a small cave, and views of the City of Angels with jet planes.
It also has a pizza oven, movie theater, gym, games room and, yes… lots of history.

It’s unclear why Franklin is renting out the house, but it will be a good test to see how easy it will be to sell.
