Flynas, the world’s leading low-cost carrier and the Middle East’s top LCC, announced the launch of the ‘Saudi Experiences’ initiative in partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority at the ‘TOURISE25’ Summit to be held in Riyadh from November 11 to 13, 2025. The aim is to enable travelers and visitors to book unique tourism experiences in Saudi Arabia through the flynas website and mobile app, thereby contributing to boosting domestic tourism and creating new economic opportunities for local communities around the world. The initiative aims to create a platform that connects all providers of tourism experiences in various Saudi destinations with travelers and visitors who want to learn more about Saudi culture, through a range of unique and distinctive experiences, such as: guided tours of Islamic history, visiting key sites such as coffee, mango, date and palm tree farms with local families, attending Ardah folk performances in different regions and learning about traditional crafts such as weaving and making traditional cloaks, experiencing local cuisine, participating in sporting activities such as climbing, diving, dune bashing and fishing, as well as taking part in pottery making with artisans, visiting historical sites and city centers and staying in rural guesthouses.
The launch of the initiative is in line with flynas’ vision to enable travelers to explore the kingdom in new and innovative ways, especially as ‘Saudi Experiences’ will help provide economic opportunities to youth and local artisans, and increase awareness of Saudi cultural and heritage identity. The “Saudi Experiences” are part of Flynas’ commitment to take initiatives with a sustainable impact on society, the economy and the environment, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to establish the Kingdom as a global tourism destination offering diverse experiences.
