FKA Twigs cancels American tour dates and pulls from Coachella

FKA Twigs Announced that she is forced to pull the plug on her upcoming American tour dates, including her Coachella lock, because of ‘visa issues’.
To social media, FKA Twigs (real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett) shared a statement Announcing the news via her X and Instagram accounts on Friday 4 April.
“I am devastated to share the news that because of current visa issues I cannot see through one of my planned tour dates for the rest of April in North America, including ceremony and Coachella,” she wrote in the post.
The British singer, 37, continued to share her disappointment about the development and promised fans to make up for.
“It hurts me to say this because I am so excited to bring you a creation in which I have collapsed my soul and I believe it is one of my strongest work and I know that this news has made so much of you who have already made plans and spent money to see these shows,” Fka Twigs continued.
She added: “I promise that I work to move the affected dates as quickly as possible. For head shows, consult your purchase point for details and refund information. Back to you all with more updates as soon as I have them – in the meantime some of my favorite parts of the show we worked so hard to ❤️”
In addition to the announcement, she shared a carousel with images with her earlier versions.

The announcement comes after the Brazilian singer Anitta Also stopped Coachella, with reference to ‘unexpected personal reasons’.
“I was really looking forward to being at Coachella this year, but for unexpected personal reasons I cannot perform. I am really grateful to the festival for the invitation, their understanding and continuous support,” wrote the singer, 32, in a statement shared via X on March 20.
She continued: “I hope to get the chance to come to you in the future and to share that special moment.”
Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, And Travis Scott Are this year Headliner-Coachella, which takes place in the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California for two weekends: 11-13 April and 18-20 April.
Other artists who are planned to act include Charli XCX, Missy Elliott And Megan you stallion.
