Fivio Foreign, caught since January, argues guilty of urge for probation

The New Jersey Pio tells TMZ Hip Hop that Fivio has promised terrorist threats – threat to commit a crime of violence in the 3rd degree.

Fivio had confronted 4 other charges, including illegal possession of a weapon and serious abuse, but the lawyer of Fivio Adam Lustberg Tells us that these counts are expected to be rejected in exchange for his guilty plea.
