Fashion retailers partner to offer personalized AI styling tool ‘Ella’

The luxury membership platform Vivrelle, with which customers can rent high-end goods, announced the launch of an AI personally on Thursday Styling tool called Ella As part of her partnership with a fashion store and FWRD.
The launch is an example of how fashion industry uses AI technology to improve customer experiences and is one of the first partnerships to see three retailers come together to offer a personalized AI experience. Revolve and FWRD have user designer clothing shopping, while Revolve also has an option to shop.
The tool, Ella, gives recommendations to customers in the three retailers about what to buy or rent to bring an outfit to life. For example, users can ask for ‘a bachelor weekend outfit’ or ‘what to take for a trip’, and the technology will be looking for the Vivrelle, FWRD and rotating shopping platforms to make outfit suggestions. Users can then view in one cart on Vivrelle.
In theory, the more people used, the better his suggestions become. It is the fashion equivalent of asking chatgpt something to wear in Miami for the weekend of a girl.

Blake Geffen, the CEO and co-founder of Vivrelle (who announced a series C of $ 62 million earlier this year), WAN said that she hopes that Ella can get the “stress from packing for a vacation or daily dressing.
“Ella has been in the making for quite some time,” she told WAN and added that it took about a year to build and release the product.
This is actually the second AI tool of the three companies. The Vivrelle, Revolve and FWRD Partnership earlier this year also launched complete The Look, which offers last-minute fashion suggestions as a supplement to what is in a customer’s cart. Their newest tool, Ella,, however, brings the fashion recommendation game to a different level.
