Extraordinary $ 22 million Paradise Valley Party Palace has custom man cave, swim-up bar and barbecue area with 6 TVs

A rare estate in the highly sought-after Paradise Valley of Arizona is living proof that you should never judge a book on his cover-so it hides a party-ready oasis behind an elegant and flawlessly landscaped outside.
From the street, the vast property may not register with passers -by, except its lush 4 -hectare package that is filled with flowers, palm trees and emerald green lawns.
Framed by Camelback Mountain, the house – which is now on the market for $ 21.9 million – looks like the other picturesque estates that spread the prestigious community.
Nevertheless, a further consideration of the list description and images of the home reveals a completely different story, in which the lid is lifted on a world of crazy and special facilities that certainly cannot be found in the average place of residence.
Known as Casa de Niños, the estate is a story about two houses, with high-class facilities such as “serene ponds and waterfalls” with a real horn of abundance of fun functions, including a Cave with 10 cars, several bars and a barbecue area equipped with six TV screens.

Other desired facilities are the spatiality so outside, on the 4-hectare plot, and within the 13,000 square base Santa Barbara-style house, with rising ceilings and decadent design.
It is “one of the most unusual estates in Paradise Valley – not only for the area, but also for the artistry that you find throughout the house and grounds,” explains Listing Agent Joan Levinson.
Privacy is paramount at Casa de Niños, with a gated input, block walls and adult greenery that form a natural protective layer around the estate.
And while the proximity of the Sanctuary Resort and the Ritz-Carlton residents keeps connected to the best of Paradise Valley, within the walls, the world moves at a slower pace.
Three koi ponds, connected by streams, map the landscape, while adult shade trees and composite planting views of Camelback Mountain.
The unique palette of white stucco and handmade residence bricks stands out in the main residence, which Levinson describes as “unusual”, in particular for the local area.
“One of the more unusual aspects of this house is the off-rod handmade Adobe brick accents around the outer windows and doors,” she notes.
Unique ceilings, walls of windows and with light -filled spaces wear this sense of craftsmanship in the interior of the house with six bedrooms.
That sense of style extends to the other properties on the estate, including two apartments and a guest house, which brings the total number of bedrooms to nine and total bathrooms to 16 bathrooms.
With so much space for guests, it seems unimaginable that there may be more areas to entertain them. But with a total of 17,000 square foot at their disposal, the designers have created an endless series of rooms where visitors can be won, dinner and amused.

First, in the main building, there is a playroom with glass walls, complete with an oversized wet bar, which flows seamlessly into the family room.
“You can serve the bar from both rooms,” says Levinson.
In the meantime, the kitchen, covered in shiny white Onyx, has a stove with 10 fires and enough space to compete with that of most restaurants.
The primary suite offers double cupboards, a sitting room and spa facilities. Technology was also not overlooked and the entire estate is wired as a smart home.
Get outside and the pleasure continues with a tennis court and the recently renovated swimming pool that extends almost 70 feet long and 30 feet wide. It has a swimming bar that connects to an outdoor Ramada.
Ramada itself has a different beam and charcoal And Gas barbecues – and it is equipped with six TV screens, making it the ideal place to kick back on Sunday and watch football matches.
About 8,000 square meters of patios offer endless space for entertainment, while the extraordinary man -cave has enough space for 10 cars, as well as – you guessed it! – Another bar and extra playroom facilities such as a pool table or Foosball.
In total, the house has enough garage space for no fewer than 16 vehicles, with lift style storage in one room that can stack cars on top of each other.
But for Levinson, real estate is not only the size, but the way it combines privacy with design.
“Most features here are on 1 hectare,” she explains. “Finding a 4-hectare large estate like this in Paradise Valley is quite rare.”
