Exclusive: NBA -star Michael Porter Jr. gives up his Denver house for $ 5.3 million – after trade in the Brooklyn Nets

NBA -star Michael Porter Jr. is ready to break his remaining ties with Denver by listing his lush city house for $ 5.25 million – three months after being traded by the Nuggets at the Brooklyn Nets.
The 27-year-old, who was prepared by Denver as the 14th general choice in the NBA design of 2018, signed a five-year contract extension with the Nuggets in 2021 that was estimated to be worth $ 200 million.
In the same year, Porter broke a beautiful apartment in the Four Seasons Residences in the city of Colorado, and paid $ 4.5 million for the unit with three bedrooms, which was previously owned by the famous architect Curtis Fentress.
In the aftermath of his trade, however, the NBA star seems to be ready to continue once and for all, so that his ultramodern residence is put on the market for $ 750,000 more than he bought it four years ago.
“Originally conceived as the private residence of one of the world’s most respected masters of public architecture, it bears the unmistakable print of precision, discipline and artistry” Kim Norton van Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, Notes.
It then describes the house as something “completely unique and unlike something else that is available” in the same building – the action of unity as “a real masterpiece of vision and design”.
The house covers half of the 40th floor of the high -rise buildings, spread over 4,800 square base, the whole of which is designed with a “minimalist” aesthetics to create an “empty canvas” for the next owner to set up their own stamp.
Thanks to the perch on top of the luxury building, the apartment has a spectacular view, which can be enjoyed through the glass walls – or on one of the multiple balconies.
“Invoarding walls of glass invite light to move over marble floors and polished surfaces, to transform the house all day, while at night the city below becomes a shimmering sea of lights,” the description continues.
“Two extensively covered balconies, framed by custom -made adapted planters, the living spaces are expanding out to the outside, to frame both mountain views and urban horizons while retaining perfect privacy.”
In addition to the view, the jewel in this crown on real estate is undoubtedly the primary suite, which has a custom-made bed frame, a huge cupboard that spans a whole wall, and a “spa-like” bathroom with a huge box bath.
Although smaller, the extra two guest suitcases are just as lush, “they reflect the same bet for comfort and refinement”, the listing.

The unit of Porter is also equipped with a series of high -tech smart functions, including adapted lighting and external control tones, which are intended to “increase” the ease of life in the home.
Although the apartment has enough luxury to keep even the most demanding buyers satisfied, there is also a world of elegance awaiting residents of the Four Seasons building as soon as they step out of their own front door.
Just like guests in the hotel, residents have access to a 24-hour caretaker, a valet, dining in the home, household, a full-service Spa, a modern fitness center and a saltwater swimming pool.
Porter seems to have certainly enjoyed the high life during the past four years since he bought the place of residence.
And it is still to see whether he will enjoy a similar level of luxury in New York, especially if he continues to pick up the same stunning Uber accounts that he confessed to collected in his first few days.
During the Mediadag van de Nets, Porter said that he had originally arrived with his car in New York and was planning to drive around – but soon realized that he did not feel comfortable to navigate through the busy streets, so he switched to Ubers … to an amount of $ 250 per day.
“I am recently getting used to the city,” he said, according to the New York Post. ‘The traffic is difficult. I sent a car here. I thought: ‘Can I drive? ‘I was ultimately worth the $ 200 to $ 250 a day as’ no’. “
The NBA star also revealed that he has already found a home and explained that he lives in a “peaceful” neighborhood about 15 minutes from the home arena of the Nets in Barclays Center.

“New York is different, but I adjust to the city,” he continued. “I live in a really good area, a quiet area. Probably 10 minutes to 15 minutes away from the street, so I enjoy it so far.”
Fortunately for Porter he can afford to be more relaxed about such astonishing Uber costs, thanks to his lucrative NBA deal, which will earn $ 38.3 million for the 2025/2026 season, then $ 40.8 million the following year.
However, he recently admitted that such a big salary comes with his disadvantages – namely finding a partner who is not only focused on his money.
Porter opened his fears to date women with sick “intentions” during a recent appearance on “Respectful the Justin Laboy Show“Remembering an earlier relationship when he splits the costs of renting his girlfriend as a means to find out if she was in romance for the right reasons.
Podcast host Justin Laboy Seemed in bewildered by his recognition and wondered: “Wait a minute. I know you are not worth $ 200 million and split the rent with your ex-girlfriend.”
Porter, however, stated that his heart was in the right place when it came to sharing the monthly costs of the property.
“It is very difficult if you have money, as you know, to tell the intentions of a woman. … I had never bought a girl expensive gifts for this last girl and it was cool to do,” he said. “But I still wanted to know that she was with me for the right reasons.
“Every guy in the past of this person had money. So I never wanted to feel that a girl was just with me because of what I have and what I could give her.”
