Justin Baldoni‘s former agent Danny Groenberg weighs in on the actor-director’s ongoing drama Blake Lively … in which he describes in a statement why he compared the situation to extortion.
In a transcript of the statement obtained by TMZ, Greenberg said the cumulative behavior and increasing pressure from Blake Lively running both the studio and Justin felt like “extortion” to him.

As we reported, Lively has filed a lawsuit against Baldoni and his company, Wayfarer Studios, alleging that he sexually harassed Lively during the production of their film “It Ends With Us” and alleging that he led a smear campaign against her…claims that Baldoni has denied.
Lively’s makeup artist Vivian Bakker said that in her case, the incidents characterized as inappropriate all occurred during the first phase of filming. Blake’s talent agent, Warren Zavala, also seemed to support that when he said he was not aware of any incidents that made Lively feel uncomfortable during the second phase of filming.
However, Zavala went on to say that he was aware of complaints from Lively during the “post process” of testing part of the film.
The case continued despite most of these cases Baldoni’s $400 million countersuit is thrown out in June.
