Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline, is making it more accessible for guests to travel with their cats and dogs, introducing a special promotional offer to its existing Pets Onboard service, while continuing to deliver the care, comfort and safety that defines the Etihad travel experience.
Already the only airline in the UAE to offer guests the option to travel with pets in the cabin, Etihad continues to develop the service in response to growing demand from travelers who want to bring important family members with them when they fly.
Until May 31, 2026, guests who book and travel using the Pets Onboard service within this period will benefit from a special promotional offer of USD 399 per flight segment, which provides greater accessibility while ensuring the same thoughtful standards and always providing the highest level of care, comfort and safety on board.
To ensure the same level of comfort in all cabins, pets travel in an approved carrier for the entire flight. In Economy, the travel basket can be placed under the seat for the guest, while those who prefer some extra space can choose to book an extra seat for their pet. In Business, pets will still be accommodated with an extra seat, so they can enjoy the journey with the space and safety they need. This reflects Etihad’s commitment to ensuring the well-being of pets during the flight.
