ERA Real Estate partner is being expanded in Pennsylvania
The acquisition is expanding the footprint of Mountain Realty from the west, which increases its presence in Central Pennsylvania (including Adams, Franklin and York Counties) and parts of Noord -Maryland.
Miller & Associates Real Estate was founded in 2006 by Marshall Miller, who now supervises the recruitment of agent and regional growth initiatives for Mountain Realty ERA will transfer to his extensive western territory.
“After almost 20 years as a successful independent brokerage, I wanted to be able to offer my agents a steppingstone to even greater success,” Miller said in a statement. “As part of the ERA network, we now have access to advanced tools, streamlined processes and improved training programs, together with a larger network for cooperation and references.”

Mountain, a 25-year-old veteran of the real estate sector, founded the company established in Mountville, Pennsylvania in 2021. His company serves customers for different price points, with a focus on first home buyers and growing families.
The company plans to use the acquisition as a springboard for continuous growth, including team expansion, new office openings and improved service bods.
