Epstein’s admission brings even more shame to Andrew Windsor

The emails include a January 2010 exchange between Epstein and Boris Nikolic, then 38, a former adviser to Bill Gates, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where Andrew was officially promoting British trade interests.
In one message, Epstein asks if Nikolic had “any fun” in Davos.
Nikolic replies: “Otherwise nice… met your friend Bill Clinton yesterday, followed by (Nicholas) Sarkozy. Later in the day meeting your other friend Prince Andrew because he has some questions about Microsoft.”
Epstein responded, “You can tell Andrew we’re friends,” before emphasizing, “He’s good at that… he’s a lot of fun,” the documents said.
A source familiar with the emails said: “Epstein clearly pushed the meeting because he believed Andrew could provide connections and entertainment. It reads like an attempt to pull Andrew further into his orbit.”
Another source added: “The tone is unmistakable. Epstein wanted Andrew to be seen as an ally and the mention of him being ‘nice’ brings even more shame and embarrassment to Andrew’s door.”
Nikolic replies in the chain that he had heard Andrew “isn’t that nice, but I trust your judgement,” before regaling Epstein with a crude anecdote about a “22 year old, hot blonde, blue eyes, Mexican girl” – adding, “Anything good is rented.”
After meeting Andrew, he tells Epstein, “He’s great… I think I’d trade Davos for a good fashion week. Much more fun.”
Nikolic, later named backup executor of Epstein’s will, has previously said he was “shocked” by the designation and would not fill the role if necessary.
Other documents show Epstein’s involvement in networking in Davos that same year, including arranging a meeting between former Barclays director Jes Staley, Lord Peter Mandelson and then British Chancellor Alistair Darling.
In an email, Epstein writes: “I have arranged for you and Peter to meet Darling in Davos.”
Lord Mandelson resigned as British ambassador to Washington earlier this year after admitting he once called Epstein his “best friend” and said he felt “utterly terrible about my dealings with Epstein 20 years ago.”
Yet the released correspondence shows that he remained in contact with Epstein until November 2016.
In one conversation, Epstein tells him, “You were right to stay away from Andrew.”
The newly released emails have reignited the investigation into Andrew’s connection to Epstein, amid revelations that the financier acknowledged the authenticity of the now infamous photo of Andrew with his sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre, who took her own life in April at the age of 41.
Epstein told a journalist in 2011: “Yes, she was on my plane, and yes, she had her picture taken with Andrew, as many of my employees have done.”
Andrew has long denied Giuffre’s claims that he bedded her when she was 17 years old, although he settled a civil case with her in 2022 for a reported $15 million, without admitting liability.
The scandal has also spread to 65-year-old Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, 66, whose upcoming children’s book was abruptly withdrawn from sale and shattered her ties to Epstein.
Meanwhile, Democrats and Republicans have clashed over the political implications of the document dump, with some reports pointing to Donald Trump, 79.
Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform that the revelations were an attempt to “deflect” from the federal funding impasse, adding, “There should be no distraction to Epstein or anything else.”
