EPM’s Kevin Delory dies cancer at 53
Delory started his career in the mortgage industry as an account manager at Option one mortgage. He kept rolling later New century mortgage” Barclays” Mid-Island MortGage Corp. And Carrington.
Delory records has established at Carrington, including the best regional sales manager in the company in units for 2013-2017.
Delory joined EPM in 2021. During his time at the company, he co -organized “The whole perspective” Podcast With his SVP van Lending at EPM and best friend of 30 years, Kenny Phillips.
In A message on LinkedInPerez shared the news of the death of Delory.
“Our partnership was rooted in confidence. We challenged each other, pushed each other and supported each other through every high and every hardships,” Perez wrote. “Kevin made me a better leader, and more than that, he made me a better man … His loss is a shock for our system – and to our heart. But the best way we can honor him is to bring his legacy forward.”
Perez says that he is planning to fill Delory’s shoes in the meantime and to carry out the sale of EPM. He does not imagine that he quickly mentions a replacement, and he proposed the idea to call a scholarship for his daughter in memory of her father and a prize in honor of him.
