Emotional Rosie O’Donnell breaks silence on daughter Chelsea’s arrest

On the same day O’Donnell uploaded her video, RadarOnline.com reported that her daughter’s baby daddy, Jacob Bourassa, had asked the court to change the couple’s current custody arrangement, which was in place in 2019.

Chelsea shares daughters Skylar Rose, Riley and Avery Lynn with Bourassa. She also shares son Atlas with current boyfriend Jacob Nelund.

Bourassa pointed to Chelsea’s recent arrest as a reason for seeking full custody of their children.

His filing stated: “Since the entry of the final order relating to legal custody and physical placement in this case, there has been a substantial change in the circumstances regarding the parties’ minor children.
