AI Assist offers 24/7 support in more than 50 Languages-Waardoor Tenants Real-time answers to questions about real estate and encourage them to book a tour before they leave the site. The tool is designed to improve involvement, reduce the drop-off of the lead and increase the occupancy rate.
The system will be able to book personal, virtual or self -guided tours directly in the calendar of a leasing team, the companies said.
Once switched on, AI Assist also sends automatic memories and follow-ups to reduce no-shows and improve the lead conversion.
The automation functions of Elileai will record each conversation, automatically record guest maps and integrate into existing real estate management systems to continue the dialogue by e-mail or text, or route questions to on-site teams when necessary.
According to Eliseai, the integration is part of its broader efforts to support owners, operators and tenants by offering more efficient, on-demand digital leasing experiences.
