Dr. Phil drew comparisons with OJ Simpson’s murder process and said: “The persecution spent days telling the jury what a bad husband he was. But he was on trial for murder, not because he was a bad husband. The jury had to base their decision on the evidence that was presented in the courtroom – not the court of the public opinion.”
He added: “Now I believe that OJ Simpson was 100 percent guilty of killing his wife and Ron Goldman. But the jury members were not allowed to see much of the evidence that the audience saw, and based on that limited information they did not think they had a legal basis to condemn.
“I am preparing for the possibility that this kind of outcome could happen again.
“I believe that Sean Combs is 100 percent guilty of orchestrating long -term abuse, checking and damaging people who use his money, power and influence. But in my opinion that is not what this test has been proven to date.”
