Douglas Elliman Launches AI Assistant App
Douglas Elliman describes Elli Ai as a “white-labeled platform that is fully integrated with the Douglas Elliman website and intranet.” Agents can query Elli AI with natural language prompts, enabling it to search across MLS boards, public record and the Internet. Elli AI can also generate brand reports, provide market insights backed by data and generate property descriptions, pitches, presentation strategies and pricing strategies.
The tool also has a feature to help agents with off-market properties match their properties with buyers who have contracted with other Elli AI users.
