Doc trailer from Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour: Travis Kelce, Sabrina Carpenter

Taylor Swift says goodbye to the Eras Tour in the official trailer for her six-episode Disney+ docuseries “The End of an Era.”
“I’m very aware of mysterious forces at play that I will never have any control over,” Swift says in an ominous opening to the trailer, as footage plays of her being brought to the stage in a cleaning cart. “This show created a unifying experience for about 70,000 people at the same time. There’s something very special about that.”
The docuseries, which premieres its first two episodes on December 12, chronicles the “development, impact and inner workings” of Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, according to a press release. Along with behind-the-scenes clips of how the show came together and an exclusive interview with Swift, the trailer reveals that the series documents the beginning of Swift’s relationship with her now fiancé, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
“Travis Kelce, he brings a lot of luck,” Swift’s mother Andrea says in the trailer, while Swift adds, “We actually have the same job.” In another scene in the trailer, Swift and Kelce share a sweet kiss as Swift leaves the stage.
Eras Tour guests Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, Gracie Abrams and Florence Welch also appear in the trailer during their respective surprise appearances. Backstage footage is shown of Carpenter and Swift planning their contribution prior to the New Orleans show, when Swift called Carpenter before bringing her on stage.
“The End of an Era” also promises to take fans inside Swift’s planning process for the surprise songs section of each concert. At the end of the trailer, Swift explains to her mother: “So it goes from the verse and chorus of ‘New Year’s Day,’ from ‘Manuscript’ to the bridge of ‘Long Live,’ to the lower verse of ‘Long Live,’ to ‘Hold on to the memories they’ll hold on to you,’ to the chorus of ‘Long Live,’ but slow it down to the halftime, the chords of ‘New Year’s Day’ underneath, to the final verse of ‘The Manuscript.’”
“That’s complicated!” Andrea exclaims.
