Diddy launches a ‘fire sale of assets’ to cover rising legal costs

He wrote a complaint against the mogul in June that he passed out after “Sean Combs said to me, ‘I added something to (the drink) for you. I’m going to get (sex) from you anyway, one way or another way.’ ”

Although Combs vehemently denied the allegations through his attorney, he failed to file a response to Cardello-Smith’s lawsuit — and as a result, he was ordered to pay $10 million per month.

Cardello-Smith’s complaint was one of them multiple lawsuits filed against Combs since last year — and amid a federal investigation into sex trafficking claims. Combs’ multiple accusers accused him of sexual abuse physical attack.
