Diddy Federal Criminal Investigation Continues, New Grand Jury Subpoena
Federal authorities are investigating Diddy In order to possibly get criminal charges against the music mogul, they’re chugging along… and issuing a new subpoena regarding a hotel in Florida.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York received a subpoena requiring the swanky Miami hotel to cough up documents and other evidence related to Diddy.
Diddy and his ex Daphne Joy are both mentioned in the summons. The subpoena calls on the hotel to hand over reservation information involving Diddy, Daphne and other associates of the CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment.
The subpoena specifies the period from January 1, 2008 to the present, asking for check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences and requests, and billing information, including room service.
Federal prosecutors also requested email addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers, along with payment methods such as cash and credit cards.

Prosecutors further requested computer IP addresses and logins for the individuals, as well as copies of their identification data and vehicle information. In addition, the FBI inquired about surveillance footage at the hotel.
The new subpoena was only issued a few weeks ago… so it looks like authorities are still hard at work on the Diddy investigation.

As we reported in March… Homeland Security agents Diddy’s houses invaded in Miami and Los Angeles during an ongoing investigation into the record manager for alleged sex and narcotics trafficking.
TMZ has also confirmed this a federal grand jury was convened and witnesses were notified that they could be called to testify in the Southern District of New York.
Meanwhile, Diddy has been named in eight lawsuits accusing him of sex trafficking, sexual assault and physical abuse. The most striking suit was brought by his ex-girlfriend, Cassiethat they quickly arranged.
