Diddy Court witness claims he saw sex tapes with rapper and A-listers
A man who claims to have digital evidence Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ So-called freak-off parties have emerged.
Courtney Burgess testified before a federal grand jury on Thursday, October 31, after being contacted by Department of Homeland Security agents, NewsNation reported.
After his testimony, Burgess and his attorney… Ariel Mitchell – appeared on NewsNation Banfield and claimed he was given eleven flash drives that may contain evidence against the rap mogul.
The videos allegedly featured eight celebrities, six men and two women, with Burgess claiming “two to three” of the individuals were minors.
He claimed that ‘all’ the stars in the footage appeared to be under the influence or intoxicated and were apparently ‘victims’ and not ‘perpetrators’. Mitchell said her client could not go into further detail due to the ongoing investigation.
We weekly has reached out to Diddy’s team for comment. Criminal lawyer Mark Geragoswhose daughter Teny Geragos represents Diddy, said he “doesn’t believe” Burgess’ allegations.
“I think prosecutors think he failed the smell test,” he shared on NewsNation Cuomo“And I suspect the prosecutors took him before the grand jury because I don’t think anyone buys what he sells.”
In September, Diddy, 54, was arrested and indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
In a fourteen-page indictment, Diddy was accused of orchestrating “Freak Offs,” so-called “elaborate and produced sex performances” that allegedly took place in several hotel rooms.
During these “Freak Offs,” Diddy allegedly “distributed a variety of controlled substances to the victims” to keep them “obedient and compliant” during sexual acts. Both Diddy and the alleged victims “were given IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use” after the incident.
The rap mogul, a father of seven, has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied all allegations. He will remain behind bars at New York’s Metropolitan Detention Center before his trial begins in May 2025.
His children appear to be united in their father’s support. In a rare public statement, Diddy’s six eldest children expressed their disappointment over the “false narratives” surrounding their father.
“Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories and false stories that have grown into absurdity on social media,” they shared in a joint meeting. Instagram statement on October 22. “We stand united and supportive [Diddy] every step of the way.”
