Clearly‘s ex -“making the band” singer Sara Rivers In a new court case, his neck and the allegations stem from her time in the popular MTV series.
In a vast lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Rivers claims that the artist who is previously known as Puff Daddy has subjected her to mistreatment, who would be satisfied with TV for millions.
The suit submitted by lawyer Ariel Mitchell On behalf of Rivers, the notorious “Cheesecake” from ‘MTB2’, where she and the rest of the Da -band had to walk different blocks to get Diddy a sweet treat as one of the many incidents of abuse.
She also complains about forced sleep in an open bay with 4 other men, despite the fact that she was married at the time, and says she was threatened by being driven out if she did not satisfy.
The Pak also mentions MTV, Viacom and various former Bad boys who had a profile in the series at the time … including Diddy’s mother, Janice and ex-assistant Fon -Zworth Bentley.
Sara further claims that Diddy has malicious and reckless with her career by publicly dismantling the group while she dropped most of her show money.
She also claims that Diddy has harassed and attacked her sexually and claimed that he once supported her in a corner and blocked her to move while he let his hand walk over her breasts.
She demands compensation from Diddy and the others.
Diddy’s legal team shot back and told TMZ … “This is another example of false claims that against Mr. Combs are submitted. It does not matter how many lawsuits are being tightened, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or has traded sex – male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where everyone can tighten a lawsuit for whatever reason. With the deadline for the Gender-motivated law of violence of New York, which will expire tomorrow, it is clear that opportunists hurry to submit last-minute, deserving claims. Mr. Combs remains convinced that he will prevail in court. ‘
