De Deepak Chopra’s Beacon Media Partners with India’s Movieverse

Beacon Media has offered author-screenwriter Manini Priyan as head of the content to supervise the slate. The company also has a production alliance with former MBC Group Drama Director Fadi Ismail, which produces Arabic content for digital platforms.

The partnership uses the deepening of the economic ties between India and Gulf States, with Saudi Aarabia and the VAE among the largest investors in the entertainment and technical sectors of India. In10 Media Managing Director Aditya Pittie said that cooperation “will promote a diverse and inclusive content ecosystem that resonates with a global audience.”

Beacon Media distributes via Lounges.tv, who counts Simon Cowell as its backers.

The media portfolio includes Channels Epic, Showbox and Filamchi Bhojpuri, Plus streaming platform Docubay and production house Juggernaut Productions.
