D4vd‘s friend Neo has been booked into the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested in Montana for failing to appear as a witness.
Online records show Neo was arrested around 11:30 PM on Friday and is being held on 60,000 bail. His charge is a misdemeanor.
We broke the news: the popular streamer was handcuffed and put behind bars in Helena, Montana Thursday on an arrest warrant from the Los Angeles Police Department. Police subsequently confirmed to us that he was on his way to the City of Angels after appearing in court earlier Friday.
As you know there is one grand jury convened in LA to investigate the death of Celeste Rivas since at least November. Multiple witnesses have testified…but it is unclear if Neo has been arrested in connection with this case.
TMZ previously reported that D4vd will probably be accused of her murder after her decomposing body was found in a Tesla in September the Hollywood Hills house he rented. We told you this in November too, LAPD homicide detectives I’ve identified a second suspect who may have been involved “before, during and after” the teen’s death.
