UPDATE
2:29 PM PT — Neo is already being transferred to Los Angeles, according to multiple law enforcement sources in Montana. We’re told his journey south began immediately after a court appearance on Friday morning
UPDATE
1:56 PM PT — Officers in Helena, MT confirm they were assisting the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division when they apprehended Neo. As we reported, Robbery-Homicide is also leading the D4vd investigation.
While D4vd remains in the crosshairs of investigators looking into the case Celeste Rivas murder, one of his friends, a famous streamer, is now also in trouble.
D4vd’s friend Neo Langston was booked into a Montana jail Thursday on an arrest warrant…according to online records.
A representative from the Lewis & Clark County Jail, where Neo is incarcerated, tells TMZ that there was a non-custodial warrant from Los Angeles for failing to appear as a witness. He is currently being held without bond.
That’s interesting because we know there is one grand jury convened since at least November in the Celeste murder case, and several witnesses have already testified. Our sources have told us that D4vd will likely be charged with murder.
Unclear whether 23-year-old Neo was called as a witness in the Rivas case… but his connection to D4vd cannot be ignored. It has been documented on social media that D4vd and Neo are friends and hanging out.
We told the story … last month the daily manager of D4vd, Robert Morgenrothtestified for days. A TMZ reporter heard Morgenroth tell his lawyer in the hallway of the courtroom, prosecutor Beth Silverman was “very pushy” about why he didn’t call the police. Morgenroth said he responded by saying it was not his responsibility and that it was his job to ensure D4vd’s tour went ahead.
There was also talk in the courtroom hallway… the grand jury could hear more witnesses in 2026.
Developing story …
