The man suspected of kidnapping and torturing an Italian man about a crypto dispute suffered his own indignation when he was arrested – his bathrobe was undone.
Photographer and street seller Ciaran Tully was paying attention to his own company on Friday then John Woeltz was removed from his beautiful NYC apartment with only a cloak.

While he was accompanied by the stairs, Tully says that his robe was undone, so the police saved him the shame and bundled him up again.
Woeltz-a 37-year-old man from Kentucky-Was Arrested Friday in New York City after Michael Valentino Teofrasto Carturan – A crypto trader who was worth millions- had escaped from his apartment, marked an agent and told the moving story that he was being imprisoned for 2 weeks.

Allegedly Woeltz tried to get Carturan’s password for his crypto account and used Brazen tactics to get his way. He was also reportedly left while his feet were in water and threatened with an electric chainsaw.
Allegedly, a woman was taken into custody as a possible accomplice, but the DA refused to submit charges pending a further investigation.
As far as Woeltz is concerned, Tully says he is disgusting that the man reportedly did this about money. As Tully said, if he could afford to rent the apartment for $ 40k a month, he didn’t need so much money to do what he is accused of.
