Craig Robinson does not stop with comedy, it is probably a marketing theaser

The reports of the pension of Craig Robinson out of comedy seem to be extremely exaggerated. It appears that the so -called “retirement” of “The Office” star is supposed to be part of a new brand marketing campaign that is expected to be unleashed in the coming days and perhaps for an AT&T division.

Teaser -Billboards have appeared in Los Angeles in recent weeks in which he announced: “Craig Robinson stops comedy”, without further information. A good indicator that this is part of a teaser campaign, because it is doubtful that Robinson would spend that kind of outdoor advertising in a competitive money to reveal a career change.

Those billboards were blue in AT&T style, which promoted the suspicion that this is part of a new campaign for the Telco giant. Why is it believed that it is AT&T? Robinson previously played in AT&T Commercials and called himself a joke the “Chief Technology Officer” of the company in one AT&T Business Internet ADIn addition to his former ‘The Office’ co-star Brian Baumgartner. Another place Featured Robinson and Baumgartner alongside more “The Office” alums, including Rainn Wilson, Jenna Fischer, Creed Bratton and Kate Flannery.

The representatives of AT&T and Robinson have not responded to several requests for comments.

The Billboards “Craig Robinson is stopping” was not reported, but then Robinson raised the Ante last week by posting on his Instagram account that he had an “Life Update: I officially put on a comedy to concentrate on my true calling. I am working on something huge.”

That message eventually found his way to the media, and many points of sale placed Robinson’s memorandum at the nominal value, without noticing that he made an announcement with a wink and a nod. (Yes, Variety Included.) Robinson followed that message with another video, where he made his true intentions even clearer: “Hey guys, big screams at all my owners of small companies.

We suspect that AT&T has a number of internet tips for owners of small companies that will share Robinson in no time.

In the meantime, here is another reason why it is pretty clear that Robinson does not really come on comedy: he has booked a full series of shows for the rest of the summer. Robinson is planned to appear at the Omaha funny bone Club later this week, followed by a performance in Los Angeles on the Comic On July 14. Next month he prepared dates in Orlando, Seattle, Nashville, Detroit and Toledo. He also has many projects in the making, including the Netflix -geulated adventure “in Your Dreams” and “The Bad Guys 2.”
