Corelogic adds partner in the air image for AI analysis after the disaster
The Alliance and Acquisition of the images is part of the wider Route Card of Corelogic for the implementation of AI-driven analysis and measurements, said a release of the company.
Vexcel, which renews its image library annually, covers more than 90% of the American population, with urban areas that have been renewed up to three times a year, allowing Corelogic to offer customers up-to-date with high resolution.
“Bringing the images from Vexcel to Corelogic’s Solutions will be a game changer for industry, in which unparalleled capacities of real estate are linked together with high-resolution images that are familiar by governments and industries worldwide,” said Garret Gray, President of Global Insurance Solutions from Corelogic. “This relationship will help Corelogic to continue to offer solutions that enable real estate professionals in new, unexpected ways, so that artificial intelligence can streamline tasks and free people to concentrate on people in their most urgent time of need and beyond.”
Corelogic has integrated Vexcel’s high resolution disaster response air images within Corelogic Weather Insight, a platform designed to offer detailed weather-related data for real estate organizations to make better informed decisions, in response to the forest fires in southern California.
The relocation enables insurance, restoration and other real estate companies to quickly analyze their portfolios against Property-specific damage assessments and total reconstruction costs, says Corelogic, with which organizations can gauge their overall financial exposure and manage appropriate resources.
“Our dedication to offer full, up-to-date and consistent air images in the US and worldwide makes new levels of insight and accuracy possible,” said Erik Jorgensen, CEO of Vexcel. “We are pleased to see how this Corelogic will help to deliver even more innovative real estate information to its customers.”
