Cooper Kupp sells Oregon Mansion with indoor training facility for $3 million
NFL superstar Kuiper Kupp has just said goodbye to his Country home in Oregon… and considering all the bells, whistles and indoor training facilities that come with it, it looks like the new buyer got a great deal.
TMZ Sports has learned that the Los Angeles Rams receiver recently sold the 5,700-square-foot Wilsonville estate for $3 million — a price tag that seems super palatable when you take into account everything the place has to offer.
Set on four acres, the gated home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hardwood floors, French doors, a large gym and a separate guesthouse.
It also comes with its own training facility – as Kupp installed a 4,600-square-foot structure so he could continue training during the NFL offseason.
It was initially listed for $3.5 million… and was eventually sold by Kendra Ratcliff from LUXE this week.
As for why Kupp has parted ways with the toad — he doesn’t really need money… we’re told he’s just spending more time in California these days than he and his family had planned.
Congratulations to the new homeowners – hopefully there are some athletes in the fam ready to take advantage of the place.
